Based in Headcorn in Kent. Hamalots is a unique culinary experience. Imagine a mix between classic American and Argentinian BBQ but with old English flavours. So instead of Garlic, Chillies etc we have Wine, Apple Juice and Herbs to compliment the meat instead of overpowering it.
Using traditional Medieval recipes to give you an experience like no other, from a simple Hog Roast to a full Medieval themed Banquet.
Using traditional methods like spit roasting, asado cooking, smoking, dutch ovens and of course bbq grilling over a bed of coals, its as much theatre as it is cooking. For sit down banquets or buffet style gatherings and themed banquets with mouth watering food and delicious flavours.
